Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how RevelTO Digital Solutions collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when people use Revel Studio, client workspaces, hosted apps, and related digital services.
1. Who We Are
RevelTO Digital Solutions operates Revel Studio and related hosted digital services. These services may be used by DJs, promoters, venues, nightlife brands, and other clients to manage content, media, events, galleries, billing, and publishing workflows.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account information, workspace details, contact information, authentication data, uploaded content, media files, event details, gallery details, billing-related information, support communications, device information, logs, analytics, playback request data, approximate location data, and security data.
We do not intentionally collect more personal information than we need to operate, secure, support, and improve the services.
3. Client Workspaces and Hosted Apps
Clients and workspace owners may use Revel Studio to host, manage, publish, or distribute their own content. Those clients are responsible for the content they provide, the people they authorize, and the accuracy of the information they publish through their workspace or hosted app.
4. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and maintain the services, authenticate users, manage workspace access, process uploads, deliver media, support billing, send operational messages, protect against abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Audience and Playback Analytics
When hosted apps, podcast feeds, media players, or shared media links are used, we may collect limited playback and audience analytics to help clients understand content performance and service reliability. This may include playback request details, approximate location such as country, region, or city derived from request data, client or platform type, device type, referrer, user agent, content identifiers, listen counts, and engagement metrics.
We may use hashed or aggregated identifiers, such as hashed IP-derived values or daily listener hashes, to estimate unique listeners and reduce duplicate analytics. We do not use this analytics data to track people across unrelated apps or websites, and we do not sell this information.
6. Service Providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, media storage and delivery, payments, email delivery, analytics, logging, security, and infrastructure operations. These providers process information only as needed to support the services.
7. Payments
Payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers. Revel Studio does not need to store full payment card numbers to manage subscriptions, invoices, or billing state.
8. Cookies and Technical Data
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember workspace or theme preferences, protect sessions, and understand service performance.
9. Security and Retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and alteration. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive information about how your personal information is handled. To make a request, contact the RevelTO team using the contact details made available through your workspace or service relationship.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the services, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The effective date above shows when this version became effective.
