Terms of Service

Revel Studio provides tools for managing content, mixes, events, galleries, media delivery, workspace access, billing, and related operational workflows. The services may include client-branded or client-managed hosted experiences powered by Revel Studio infrastructure.

If a client or workspace uses Revel Studio to host, manage, publish, or distribute content, these Terms apply to that hosted experience unless a separate written agreement with RevelTO Digital Solutions says otherwise. Clients remain responsible for their workspace, users, content, media, permissions, and published information.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access may be invite-only, limited by workspace permissions, or removed if access is no longer authorized.

Clients and users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to any rights held by third parties. By uploading or submitting content, you give RevelTO Digital Solutions permission to host, process, store, display, transmit, resize, transcode, and distribute that content as needed to provide the services.

You must not upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized. You are responsible for obtaining all rights, consents, licenses, releases, and permissions needed for the content and information you provide.

Paid services, subscriptions, and billing terms may be described in an order, invoice, checkout flow, or separate written agreement. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension, reduced access, or termination of services.

The services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, media storage, delivery, analytics, and other operations. Use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We aim to keep the services reliable, but we do not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services when needed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevelTO Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if access is no longer authorized, if payment is not received, or if continued use creates legal, security, abuse, or operational risk.

We may update these Terms as the services, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The effective date above shows when this version became effective.
